If you have any questions about using this store or our products please contact us and we promise we will do everything we can to assist you.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, please contact us immediately and you may return the products for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items. We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is also available at the time of shipping. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total.

Shipping Information

AQI (Australian Quality Ingredients) offers FREE shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $50.00
 
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.) Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
To ensure the safety of your purchase, please specify a business hours address for delivery of the goods. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the goods on delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you advising how you can arrange to collect it. Always check the contents of your delivery against the invoice provided. If there has been a discrepancy please report it to us within 5 working days of receiving your goods

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. 
 
We ask that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

AQI online store products are avaliable for purchace and shipping within Australia only.
AQI products can be purchaced in several countries overseas in retail shops. For further infomation on avaliability please contact sales@aqicare.com

Order Status

Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships.
